The body is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with two shelves inside. Dynamic (fan-assisted) cooling on R290 refrigerant maintains a temperature range of +2 to +8°C, suitable for short-term storage of pastries during service. Products are loaded through the rear sliding glass doors.
