The ROSS Avellina K-0,7-1,0 ПС pastry display case is a compact model for small buffets, cafés attached to educational institutions, and retail outlets with limited floor space. Three display levels — a countertop, a middle shelf and a top shelf — allow a wide range of pastries, cakes and desserts to be shown in a minimal footprint.
The operating temperature in the useful volume is +4…+8°C at an ambient temperature of up to +25°C. Illuminated glass shelves and sliding acrylic rear panels make it easier to stock and service the case. The upper frame section, display trays and the refrigerated box are made of stainless steel. It is manufactured by ROSS (Kharkiv, Ukraine), allowing educational and healthcare institutions to purchase domestically made pastry equipment with a full set of tender documents.
