The Tekhnokholod VKhK "Dzhordzhiya" -1.6 confectionery display case is an enlarged modification of the line, with a 1.21 sq.m display area and a 300 L chilled compartment, suited to buffets and cafes at canteens in larger schools, hospitals and foodservice businesses that need a wider assortment of cakes, pastries and chilled desserts than the base model offers. The "Dzhordzhiya" line uses static cooling and is made by the Ukrainian manufacturer Tekhnokholod, ensuring spare parts and service are available locally without depending on imports — relevant for institutions purchasing through Prozorro.
The case features 100 mm side panels. Two temperature modes are available in the useful volume: 0…+2°C and +2…+4°C, corresponding to temperature classes M1/M2. The unit is rated for room temperature up to +32°C and relative humidity up to 55%. Power supply is 220V ±10%, 50Hz (L+N+Pe); electrical power is 440 W in both modes, with a 400 W defrost heater.
