The ROSS Cremona Open-0,9 open confectionery display case has no front glass, designed for self-service format. It is built for fast service at serving counters in school and hospital canteens, cafeterias, and food lines at institutions with heavy visitor traffic during peak hours.
The open front lets visitors take pre-packed confectionery themselves without waiting for staff assistance. Honeycomb vents at the top of the case create an air curtain that blocks warm air from entering the volume, while a glass deflector at the bottom prevents mixing of cold and warm air, preserving optimal temperature conditions. ROSS makes the case in Kharkiv, simplifying service and delivery for institutions procuring equipment through Prozorro.
