The Technoholod 1.5 Dakota Cube Self 85/150 medium-temperature display case is self-service confectionery refrigeration equipment made by the Ukrainian manufacturer Technoholod (Lviv). The model is built for open display of cakes, pastries, desserts and confectionery in canteens of educational institutions, hospital kitchens, cafeterias and serving areas where visitors pick items themselves.
The cabinet features reinforced insulation — 50 mm side panel thickness — keeping a stable +4…+8°C operating range (climate class N1) even at ambient temperatures up to +25°C. Controlled humidity of no more than 60% and airflow speed within 0.2 m/s preserve the presentation of confectionery throughout the selling day. Power supply is 220V ±10%, 50Hz, with 890 W consumption and 17.1 kWh of daily energy use.
