The Juka N800D refrigerated island chest is commercial cooling equipment from the Polish manufacturer, built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and catering facilities that need to store and display chilled products such as meat, fish, vegetables and semi-finished goods. The design allows the chest to stand alone or serve as an end unit when several cases are joined into a line.
Total chamber volume is 815 dm³, with 629 dm³ usable. The unit maintains an operating range of -5…+5°C (climate class 4) at a recommended ambient temperature of +16…+30°C. The standard set includes 6 baskets rated up to 13 kg each, an electronic temperature controller and a lock. It runs on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply with the energy-saving R290 refrigerant.
