The UBC GERMES 1.45 is a compact chest freezer (bonnet type) for storing and displaying frozen food in the serving areas of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. At 1.45 m long with a 640 L capacity, it holds enough stock even in a small kitchen space.
A key feature of this model is dual-mode operation: a freezing range of -18…-23°C or a chilling range of -5…+5°C, allowing the same cabinet to be used for either frozen or chilled products depending on the kitchen's current needs.
