The Juka M400SF chest freezer is designed for storing ice cream, frozen semi-finished products and deep-frozen goods in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as in buffets and retail points at these facilities. An operating range of -14...-23°C and a useful capacity of 299 L provide sufficient stock for daily use.
The combined aluminium profile construction and an improved crown design ensure a reliable glass seal and stable temperature performance. Slanted glass and energy-saving LED lighting built into the crown take up no useful volume and do not interfere with loading. The freezer comes with 5 baskets and a lock, while the electromechanical thermostat maintains the set temperature precisely even at ambient temperatures up to +35°C.
