The Juka M800D chest freezer is bonnet-type refrigeration equipment from the Polish manufacturer, built as an end module for joining several units into a line (an "island"). It is a convenient option for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as catering facilities that need a large storage area for frozen products within a single row of equipment.
Total chamber volume is 815 dm³, with 629 dm³ usable — enough for a stock of meat, fish, semi-finished products, ice cream, berries and vegetables for a daily menu. The operating range is -14…-23°C, and the unit is designed for ambient conditions of +16…+30°C (climate class 4). Temperature control is electronic, and the unit runs on a 220-240 V/50 Hz supply.
