The Juka M1000Z is the largest model in the solid-lid chest freezer range, designed for centralised kitchens and school or hospital catering combines that prepare stock for several institutions at once. Its distinctive feature is a bonnet-type construction with two separate compartments and two lids, allowing different product groups (for example, meat and fish) to be stored apart and each compartment to be accessed independently without opening the whole unit.
Net capacity of the M1000Z is 923 dm³ (1121 dm³ gross), with a working temperature range of -14...-23°C and climate class 4 (recommended ambient temperature +16...+30°C). The unit is available with R404a, R452a or R290 refrigerant, uses electromechanical temperature control, and comes with two baskets.
