The Juka M600Z chest freezer is the largest solid-lid model in the Z series, aimed at large school catering combines, hospital kitchens and centralised production kitchens that supply several institutions or buildings at once. Its generous internal volume lets a facility build a frozen-stock reserve for an extended period without frequent restocking.
Net capacity of the M600Z is 515 dm³ (584 dm³ gross), with a working temperature range of -14...-23°C; climate class 7 keeps the unit stable at ambient temperatures up to +35°C. The model comes with several refrigerant options, including an energy-saving R290 version, with electromechanical temperature control.
