The BREMA BIN350 ice storage bin is a holding unit designed to store ice produced by BREMA modular ice makers. It is used wherever large volumes of ice are needed throughout the day — school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as canteens and serving areas of educational and healthcare facilities that prepare drinks and chill food.
The working principle is straightforward: an ice maker produces ice and discharges it into the bin, where it accumulates in an insulated body until needed. This lets kitchen staff build up an ice reserve ahead of peak demand and spread the equipment's workload evenly across the day. The BIN350 offers storage capacity of up to 350 kg and is compatible with BREMA modular ice makers of various output levels.
