The BREMA C300A ice maker (Italy) is a modular unit producing up to 300 kg of ice cubes per 24 hours. Its air-cooled condenser eliminates the need for a technical water supply for cooling, simplifying installation in the kitchen of a school, kindergarten, hospital or any facility with high ice demand.
Ice cubes are produced in five sizes — from 13 to 60 g — allowing the shape to be matched to a specific task (beverages, food storage, chilling prepared goods). As a modular unit, it requires a separate storage bin (compatible option: Bin 350). The body is made of stainless steel 18/8 with a Scotch Brite finish.
