The BREMA CB316AHC B-QUBE ice maker is a compact, self-contained unit with a built-in storage bin that produces B-Qube cube ice right at the point of use — at the serving counter of a school, kindergarten or hospital kitchen, or in the buffet area of an educational or medical facility. Its compact footprint allows undercounter installation, which is convenient where there is no separate room for refrigeration equipment.
The condenser is air-cooled and the unit runs on R290 refrigerant, meeting current environmental requirements for new foodservice equipment. Output is 38 kg of ice per 24 hours, and the built-in bin holds up to 16 kg of finished ice, so the machine keeps a ready supply and tops it up as it is used. The body is made of stainless steel with a Scotch Brite satin finish that withstands the humid environment of a kitchen.
