The BREMA GB1555AHC (Italy) ice maker produces granular food-grade ice at a rate of up to 153 kg per day. It is designed for institutional kitchens and buffets in schools, kindergartens and hospitals that regularly need large volumes of ice — for beverage service in canteens, cooling food in the kitchen, and covering the needs of medical departments.
The unit has a built-in storage bin holding up to 55 kg, allowing ice to be stockpiled between peak demand periods. Condenser cooling is air-based, and the refrigerant is R290. The body is made of 18/8 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish; the machine is a floor-standing, free-standing unit set on adjustable feet 110–150 mm high.
