The BREMA IMF26AHC (Italy) is a compact under-counter machine producing flake-type food ice in finger-shaped pieces (about 20 g each), with output of up to 22 kg per day. This ice format is convenient for quickly cooling drinks and food in buffets and smaller kitchens at schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities.
