The BREMA IMF28AHC (Italy) is an under-counter machine that makes flake-type food ice in finger-shaped pieces (about 20 g each), with output of up to 22 kg per day. Compared with the IMF26AHC, this model has a larger storage bin and a slightly taller body — useful where ice needs to be stockpiled ahead of demand, such as buffets and kitchens in schools, kindergartens and hospitals.
The storage bin holds up to 8 kg, letting staff keep a reserve of ice without emptying it frequently. Condenser cooling is air-based, the refrigerant is R290, and average power consumption is 300 W. The body is 18/8 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish, with 5 mm feet for under-counter placement.
