The BREMA Muster 250A (Italy) is a modular ice-making head with output of up to 250 kg of flake-type food ice per day, designed to be paired with a separate storage bin. The modular design lets the bin capacity be matched to a specific kitchen — a large school canteen, a hospital kitchen, or a centralised food-preparation facility serving several institutions.
The unit is compatible with Bin 200 and Bin 350 storage bins, giving flexibility in sizing the overall ice storage system. Condenser cooling is air-based, the refrigerant is R452A, average power consumption is 1700 W, and the fuse rating is 16 A. The body is 18/8 stainless steel with a Scotch Brite finish; the unit is floor-standing and is not designed for under-counter installation.
