The BREMA Muster 600A ice maker (Italy) is a high-capacity modular unit for producing flake ice. This type of ice is well suited for cooling food products and semi-finished goods, storing fresh ingredients and similar technological needs of a kitchen — in large canteens of educational institutions, hospitals and other facilities with high ice consumption.
The unit produces up to 620 kg of ice per 24 hours. The condenser is air-cooled, and the refrigerant is R452A. Being a modular unit, it ships without its own storage bin — ice storage requires a separate compatible bin (such as Bin 350, Bin 550V DS or DRB 100/500/1200). The body is made of stainless steel 18/8 with a Scotch Brite finish.
