The GoodFood BK200 ice maker produces cube ice and is designed for institutional kitchens, buffets and catering businesses with a high demand for ice. The unit connects to the mains water supply through a water-inlet hose and to the drainage system through an outlet hose for melt water.
The ice maker's output is 200 kg of ice per day, and the built-in storage bin holds up to 100 kg, allowing ice to be stockpiled for even use throughout the day. The unit is controlled via an LED display with a microprocessor, which simplifies monitoring of the operating mode.
