The HURAKAN HKN-IMF12M is a countertop ice maker producing finger-shaped ice, suitable for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens as well as cafes, bars and foodservice businesses that need a steady supply of ice for drinks and food cooling. It is the most compact model in the HURAKAN ice maker line, so it fits easily into a tight bar or serving-area footprint.
The unit produces 9 pieces of finger ice per 15-minute cycle, reaching a capacity of up to 12 kg of ice per day. Finished ice collects in a 0.6 kg storage bin: once the bin is full, the machine stops and resumes automatically as ice is used up. A built-in 1.7 L water tank lets the machine run several cycles in a row without refilling. Cooling is air-based, and the stainless steel body makes daily cleaning and sanitary compliance in the kitchen straightforward.
