HURAKAN HKN-IMF17 Finger Ice Maker

The HURAKAN HKN-IMF17 countertop ice maker produces finger ice — cylindrical pieces with a hollow core — for café bar counters, buffets in schools and healthcare facilities, and foodservice businesses with limited counter space.

HKN-IMF17 output reaches up to 17 kg of ice per day, with a 15–20 minute cycle yielding 14 pieces of ice, and the bin holds up to 2.4 kg of finished ice. A built-in 3.2 L water tank is filled by hand, so the unit needs no plumbing or bottle connection — a plus for placing it anywhere on a service line. Thanks to a larger surface area of contact with the drink and the hollow core, finger ice melts more slowly than a cube of the same mass, which suits long drinks, cocktails in tall glasses and soft drinks. The body is stainless steel, and the compact 310×400×420 mm footprint at 12.5 kg fits on a tight bar counter or service station.
