Apach F700BT Refrigerated Cabinet, 700 Series

The Apach F700BT is a low-temperature freezer cabinet from the Italian manufacturer's 700 series, built for storing frozen products in the storage and prep rooms of school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses. The 700 L chamber holds sizeable batches of product without overcrowding while maintaining the temperature required for long-term frozen storage.

The cabinet body is made of stainless steel both inside and out, with 60 mm thick insulation of CFC-free high-pressure injected polyurethane foam for even cold retention. Chamber temperature runs from -18 to -22°C, and the unit comes with 3 GN 2/1 grids. Doors are self-closing with magnetic gaskets, cooling is ventilated with automatic defrost. The cabinet features an electronic control panel, chamber lighting and a lock, and is rated for a tropicalized climate class (ambient temperature up to +43°C, relative humidity 65%). It runs on a 220V supply, drawing 0.65 kW, with a net weight of 122 kg.
