The COLD BOSTON S-1400 refrigerated cabinet is a large double-door plug-in model designed for storing significant volumes of chilled products and ready meals in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens and other facilities serving large numbers of meals daily.
The model is fitted with 10 adjustable shelves behind double hinged doors, with a chamber volume of 1306 dm³ and an overall length of 1620 mm including side panels; the unit weighs 188 kg. The internal temperature range of -1°C to +8°C (at a room temperature of +25°C and 60% relative humidity) is maintained by gravity cooling with a built-in unit running on R290 refrigerant and powered from a 230V 50Hz supply.
