The Crystal CRFV-1200 is a large-capacity upright freezer cabinet with a glass door, designed for displaying and storing frozen food in serving areas of large school, kindergarten and hospital kitchen facilities. Ten adjustable shelves plus an extra floor shelf allow products to be organised by category.
Internal capacity is 1163 litres, and the -15…-25°C operating range is maintained by a ventilated cooling system on R290 refrigerant, climate class 4L1. A digital controller monitors operation, automatically switches off the fan when the door opens, raises an alarm if temperature rises, and automatic defrost reduces the need for manual maintenance.
