The BRILLIS BL9-LED-R290-EF-INV is a single-door freezer cabinet for storing frozen food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that cook large volumes of food.
The chamber holds 700 L and the temperature is set via a digital display within a -10 to -22°C range. It comes with 4 shelves measuring 530/650 mm for GN 2/1 gastronorm pans, and 26 curved guide rails spaced 5 cm apart allow shelves to be repositioned as needed. Cooling is dynamic, with R290 refrigerant.
