The Juka ND140M upright freezer is professional refrigeration equipment from the Polish manufacturer, built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice operations that need to keep a large stock of frozen food at a stable low temperature. The two-door cabinet and 920 dm³ usable capacity hold several days' worth of frozen semi-finished products, vegetables, fish or meat.
The cabinet runs on an operating range of -12…-22°C and stays reliable in rooms with an ambient temperature of up to +35°C (climate class 7). An electronic control unit maintains the set temperature and triggers automatic defrost. The interior is finished with polymer-coated metal, while the body is filled with high-density polyurethane foam 70 mm thick, providing insulation, tightness and structural rigidity.
