The Juka ND75G freezer cabinet is designed for long-term storage of dairy, sausage and meat products, desserts and other frozen semi-finished goods in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens. A significantly enlarged interior lets a facility keep several days' worth of stock on hand without taking up extra kitchen or storeroom space.
A tubular condenser on the rear wall requires no additional maintenance, simplifying operation under the daily load of a busy kitchen. The -12...-22°C operating range is maintained through dynamic cooling, while climate class 7 and a permissible room temperature of up to +16...+35°C allow installation in unconditioned spaces. The body is cast as a single unit, with an interior surface made of plasticized metal. The cabinet comes with an electronic control unit with automatic defrost, height-adjustable polymer-coated shelves, and interior lighting.
