UBC Professional LB Upright Freezer, 712 L, -18 to -23°C

The UBC Professional LB upright freezer is designed for storing frozen food in the kitchens of educational institutions, healthcare facilities and catering operations. The manufacturer is UBC (UBC LLC, Kharkiv, Ukraine). The cabinet offers a 712 L capacity, enough to hold a substantial stock of meat, fish, vegetables, semi-finished products and seafood at a temperature range of -18 to -23°C. The unit is built for continuous use in kindergarten kitchens, school canteens and hospital food services, where keeping frozen stock readily on hand matters.

The cabinet body is fully galvanized: the outer panels are made of 0.5 mm galvanized steel, the inner body is 0.5 mm galvanized metal, and the doors are galvanized as well. The standard configuration includes a dynamic condenser, an energy-saving double-glazed door, 5 shelves for organizing stock by batch, a frost-free evaporator, 60 mm thermal insulation and an energy-saving evaporator fan, with single-sided LED lighting inside the cabinet. The 1/2 HP compressor runs on R600a / R290 refrigerant.
