The Juka ND70M freezer cabinet is designed for storing frozen semi-finished products, meat, fish and other deep-frozen goods in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens and hospitals, as well as in foodservice businesses. An operating range of -12...-22°C and a useful capacity of 460 L make it possible to set up a dedicated frozen-storage area separate from the chilled assortment.
The door is built as a double-glazed unit with a heated door frame, which prevents the gasket from freezing to the body and stops the glass from fogging up. The body is a one-piece moulded construction with a plasticised metal interior. Operation is controlled by an electronic unit with an automatic defrost function, and the shelves supplied are height-adjustable. The manufacturer does not recommend installing the freezer cabinet in direct sunlight or other adverse weather exposure.
