The Juka ND70M freezer cabinet in the stainless steel version keeps pre-frozen products at stable low temperatures and suits school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as foodservice businesses that need reliable long-term frozen storage next to the cooking area.
The doors are built as a double-glazed unit with a heated door frame, preventing the gasket from freezing to the body and stopping condensation on the glass. The body is cast in one piece, with an internal surface of plasticized metal. An electronic control unit maintains the set temperature and runs automatic defrost. The unit comes with 5 height-adjustable, polymer-coated shelves, each rated for up to 30 kg. Freezer equipment should not be installed in direct sunlight or exposed to other outdoor weather effects.
