The BRILLIS BL18-LED-R290-EF-INV is a two-door freezer cabinet with a large capacity, built for storing frozen food in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that cook meals in large batches.
The 1400 L chamber operates in a temperature range of -10 to -22°C. It comes with 8 shelves measuring 530x650 mm sized for GN 2/1 gastronorm pans, and 52 curved guide rails let staff arrange shelves to suit kitchen needs. Cooling is dynamic, and the refrigerant is R290.
