The Forcar G-EF400 freezer cabinet is designed for freezing food, semi-finished products and dough, as well as for storing perishable goods in the kitchens of schools, kindergartens, hospitals and other institutions that need a steady stock of frozen produce.
The working chamber has a capacity of 340 L, with an operating temperature range of -18 to -22°C. The body is made of painted steel sheet with a white powder coating, and the interior lining is ABS plastic. The cabinet has one solid door, runs on static cooling with automatic defrost, and is controlled electronically with a temperature display.
