The Forcold M-GN1410BT-FC is a new monoblock freezer cabinet from the Italian brand Forcold, built to operate in the -18°C / -22°C range. The chamber is sized for GN2/1 gastronorm containers, with an internal volume of 1300 L for storing large batches of frozen product in a single kitchen.
The key difference in the M-GN series is the monoblock refrigeration unit: the cooling group uses a plug-in system, making installation, removal or replacement quick and easy without extra installation work. According to the manufacturer, this design runs a quieter motor, and the monoblock itself is protected by stainless steel sheeting. This model replaces the previous G-GN1410BT-FC version.
