An operating range of -18/-22°C keeps meat, fish and vegetable semi-finished products at consistent quality for the entire storage period.
The Series 600E body is made of INOX 18/10 stainless steel with rounded interior corners and high-density polyurethane insulation (60 mm) injected under high pressure without CFCs. Refrigeration is monoblock, forced-air; defrosting is automatic with hot gas, and condensate evaporates without staff involvement. Running on R290 refrigerant with a low GWP value meets current environmental requirements for foodservice equipment.
