The ROSS Sorrento М-1,5 freezer display case complements the Sorrento gastronomic line and is designed for storing and displaying frozen goods — ice cream, semi-finished products, frozen vegetables — in food kiosks, buffets and retail points at educational and healthcare institutions. Extra insulation of the side panels, a powerful low-temperature condensing unit and an evaporator with an enlarged heat-exchange area reliably keep the useful volume down to –18°C.
The model shares the Sorrento gastro display case design, so it can be joined into a line of cases using a sealed volume divider. Units in this series are available with a built-in condensing unit or for remote refrigeration, depending on the premises. ROSS is a Ukrainian manufacturer from Kharkiv that supplies equipment with documentation required by institutions for tender purchases.
