The ROSS Siena M-1,1-1,2 ВС freezer display case is a low-temperature unit made in Ukraine (ROSS, Kharkiv) for storing and presenting frozen semi-finished products, desserts and ice cream in the catering units of educational and healthcare facilities, as well as small retail outlets.
The case keeps a temperature of -15 to -18°C in the useful volume even at ambient temperatures up to +32°C, thanks to a thermostatic expansion valve in the 1.1 m deep version, extra side insulation and an imported low-temperature compressor. The 1135 mm wide body (depending on the 900 or 1100 mm depth version) holds up to 58 kg of evenly loaded product, with the interior body and seller countertop made of stainless steel.
