The BRILLIS VBL15-R290 blast chiller-freezer is professional equipment from the Ukrainian brand BRILLIS for the rapid freezing of meat products, vegetables, fruit, berries and semi-finished products. The model has 15 levels and suits production areas and the kitchens of restaurants, cafés and other food-service businesses.
The body and legs are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, with height-adjustable legs. The doors feature a special hinge system — they lock in place when opened past 90° and close automatically at a smaller angle, while removable magnetic gaskets simplify maintenance. The unit has a digital control panel, eco-friendly polyurethane thermal insulation and is charged with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant; defrosting happens automatically using hot gas.
