The BRILLIS VBL7-R290 blast chiller/freezer holds seven levels of gastronorm containers and suits businesses with larger production volumes — hotel kitchens, catering combines, catering companies, and school or kindergarten catering units. Rapid freezing prevents the formation of large ice crystals, so food keeps its original texture, taste and weight after thawing.
The unit is a cabinet with hinged doors made of food-grade stainless steel AISI 304, with internal rails for 530×325 mm (GN 1/1) or 600×400 mm gastronorm containers. A powerful internal fan provides even cooling and freezing throughout the chamber, while a built-in probe thermometer lets staff monitor the temperature during operation.
