Apach ASH15K DF Blast Chiller Cabinet, 15 Levels

In school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, cooked dishes and semi-finished products often need to be chilled or frozen right after cooking — this reduces the risk of bacterial growth and helps preserve food quality for longer. The Apach ASH15K DF blast chiller cabinet with 15 levels is built for exactly this task and suits busy institutional kitchens with a high daily output.

The cabinet holds 15 GN 1/1 pans or 600×400 mm trays. Ventilated cooling ensures even airflow around the product on every level. The chilling mode brings food from +70°C down to +3°C, while the shock freezing mode takes it from +70°C to -18°C. The unit runs on R404a refrigerant. The body and inner chamber are made of stainless steel. Power supply is a three-phase 380V connection rated at 2.2 kW, with overall dimensions of 790×800×1800 mm.
