The HENDI Arktic blast chiller cabinet for 5x GN 1/1 pans is designed for fast cooling and freezing of cooked dishes and semi-finished products in school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens, as well as other institutions where preserving food quality and safety right after cooking is essential.
The body is made of AISI 201 stainless steel. The working temperature range is -40°C to 10°C, cooling is dynamic, the climate class is 5 (40°C, 40% relative humidity), and the refrigerant is R290. The internal chamber dimensions are 405×640×360 mm, with 65 mm spacing between tray guide rails; it accommodates trays or pans sized 600×400 mm or GN 1/1. The unit has digital control with cycle programming and comes with a temperature probe for monitoring the core temperature of food. Noise level during operation is 60 dB, with a power rating of 749 W at 230 V.
