The GoodFood GF-BCF40-HC blast chiller-freezer is a more compact model in the lineup for rapidly cooling and freezing ready meals and semi-finished products. The stainless steel body has a chamber capacity of 190 L, holding 10 GN 1/1 gastronorm pans or trays measuring 400x600 mm.
The unit delivers a chilling cycle from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes at a 25 kg load and a freezing cycle from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes at a 20 kg load. Dynamic cooling and automatic defrost reduce the need for manual maintenance during everyday kitchen operation.
