The GoodFood GF-BCF60-HC blast chiller-freezer is designed for rapidly cooling and freezing ready meals and semi-finished products right at the kitchen. The stainless steel body has a chamber capacity of 430 L, holding 14 GN 1/1 gastronorm pans or trays measuring 400x600x40 mm.
The unit delivers a chilling cycle from +70°C to +3°C in 90 minutes (for a 60 kg load) and a freezing cycle from +70°C to -18°C in 240 minutes (for a 38 kg load), allowing food to quickly pass through the temperature zone where bacteria multiply fastest. Dynamic cooling and automatic defrost simplify operation under heavy kitchen workloads.
