The Samaref Talent TA 12T 3N BK EP blast chiller combines cook&chill technology with a black exterior finish — a good fit for kitchens where the unit stands in an area visible to staff of the institution. With 12 levels for gastronorm containers and a three-phase power supply, it is built for the daily workload of a school, kindergarten or hospital catering kitchen.
Cook&chill technology means dishes are prepared ahead of time and then rapidly cooled and stored until service. In a single cycle the cabinet chills up to 45 kg of product from +90°C to +3°C, or freezes up to 40 kg from +90°C to -18°C, allowing food production to be planned in advance without compromising quality or food safety.
