The Samaref Talent TA 12T 3N MF EP is the multifunctional version of the Talent line: a single cabinet combines blast chilling and freezing cycles with hot-mode functions (low-temperature cooking, dough proofing, gentle drying, holding dishes warm) thanks to an extended -40...+85°C working range and 55–95% humidity control.

This allows cold and hot cycles to be linked into an automatic sequence — for example, processing can be started overnight so that preparations are ready for further cooking or service by morning. In a single cycle the cabinet chills up to 45 kg of product from +90°C to +3°C, or freezes up to 40 kg from +90°C to -18°C, while the extended heating range lets the same cabinet cover other stages of the kitchen's production process.
