The Samaref Talent TA 16T 3N EP is a 16-level cabinet from the Talent line for blast chilling and freezing dishes, produced without the black cabinet finish (BK code in the name) and without the multifunction heating programs (MF code). The unit has an electromechanical control panel (EP) and is intended for school, kindergarten, hospital and other institutional kitchens with in-house food production.
Chamber volume is 549 litres, and the working temperature range of -40…+10°C is dedicated purely to chilling and freezing. In a single cycle, the cabinet chills up to 70 kg of product from +90°C to +3°C, or freezes up to 60 kg from +90°C to -18°C. The remote condensing unit runs on R452A refrigerant, draws a three-phase 400V/3/50Hz supply, and is rated to climate class 5.
