Samaref Talent TA 6T EP Blast Chiller, 6 GN Levels

The Samaref Talent TA 6T EP is an Italian-made blast chiller-freezer cabinet built for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens that prepare large batches of food every day and need to bring dishes down to a safe storage temperature quickly. The cabinet chills and freezes fresh or freshly cooked food right through to its core, halting the growth of microorganisms while preserving texture, taste and nutritional value.

The TA 6T EP holds 6 GN gastronorm levels within a 159-litre chamber. Its -40 to +10 °C working range covers both fast chilling down to +3 °C and deep freezing down to -18 °C. Chilling capacity reaches 21 kg per cycle from +90 °C to +3 °C, while freezing capacity reaches 15 kg per cycle from +90 °C to -18 °C. The unit runs on R452A refrigerant with a remote motor and 1748 W of refrigeration power, powered at 230V/1/50Hz.
