The Samaref Talent TA 6T MF BK EP blast chiller-freezer packs a compact 6 GN-level footprint with a multifunction cycle — chilling, freezing, low-temperature cooking and dough proofing in one black cabinet. For small kindergarten kitchens, individual hospital wards or school canteens with tight floor space, this removes the need for several separate pieces of equipment while keeping the full set of process functions.

The cabinet has a gross volume of 159 L and operates across a -40 to +85°C range with humidity control of 55–95%. In a chilling cycle from +90°C to +3°C it handles up to 21 kg of product, and in a freezing cycle from +90°C to -18°C, up to 15 kg. The remote condensing unit runs on R452A refrigerant, power supply is 230V/1/50Hz, and the climate class is 5. Controls are electromechanical (EP).
