The Samaref Talent TA 9T MF BK EP blast chiller-freezer combines rapid chilling with low-temperature cooking functions in one compact black cabinet — a practical fit for school, kindergarten and hospital kitchens where floor space for a separate proofing or slow-cook unit is limited. The multifunction control lets a single cabinet cover the full process, from low-temperature cooking or dough proofing to fast blast chilling through the crystallisation zone, preserving texture, juiciness and appearance the way sanitary requirements for educational and healthcare catering expect.

The cabinet holds 9 GN levels with a gross volume of 291 L and operates across a -40 to +85°C range with humidity control of 55–95%, allowing cold and hot cycles to be combined as the kitchen schedule requires. In a chilling cycle from +90°C to +3°C it handles up to 32 kg of product, and in a freezing cycle from +90°C to -18°C, up to 25 kg. The remote condensing unit runs on R452A refrigerant, power supply is 230V/1/50Hz, and the climate class is 5.
