The GoodFood GF-PS900-H6C pizza prep table combines a refrigerated base with a granite worktop and a gastronorm pan rail — a convenient work station for preparing pizza, salads and appetizers in school, kindergarten and foodservice kitchens.
The gastronorm pan section is designed for short-term storage and display of salads, appetizers and side dishes, while the refrigerated compartment behind the door is used for food storage. The body is made of stainless steel, with a 465 mm deep worktop. Shelves and their guide rails are included; the rail is sized for 5 GN1/6 pans, which are supplied separately without lids. The +2°C to +8°C range is maintained by static cooling with a fan, a Cubigel compressor and a Carel thermostat on R290 refrigerant.
